"Absolutely loved this hotel! Boutique vibes with a fabulous bar that also serves a nice breakfast menu. Amenities were all wonderful. Very convenient to Lower Greenville, downtown and uptown Dallas areas. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. FREE parking so easy to use in the back. This hotel will be my forever go to in Dallas. Stayed for 3 nights."

"It’s a convenient locaiton to down town, building it’s a bit older but it’s acceptable. There was mold in the restroom but the bed comfortable with cold AC and a nice pool. Felt safe"

"Would not stay again. The windows and walls must be thin. There are lots of bars around this property but the music vibrates the whole hotel. Don’t expect to get any rest here. Starts at 9 stops about 230 but then police cars everywhere with sirens on trying to get people to disburse . Completely insane that those places are ruining this great hotel."
