Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. "Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans."

"Good communication prior to the stay and accommodation clean and presented nicely. Howver it was tiny and not like the pictures. No space at all outside, conservatory was too hot to sit in which was the only area with seats. The bed had no room to get out either side. Not as advertised"

"We were staying here because our bathroom is being renovated and will definitely stay again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a brilliant shower that I did not have to faff around with adjusting, just turned on and it was the perfect temperature. The underfloor heating makes the room very warm although one can open the windows. In kinder weather, there are chairs outside each of the rooms to sit on and enjoy a drink or smoke, and the pub...
