"Room was clean but housekeeping lacking, lots of dust in room, experienced skin allergies , requested bedding to be changed after first night, only one bed bedding got changed, had to request again on 2nd day, no house keeping on 2nd day, had to request emptying of bins/towel request, final night bedding and room cleaned. Breakfast is basic and unexciting, scrambled which egg does not taste like eggs, , limited veg options, staff are very friendly & helpful "

"Only downside was the breakfast quality. Due to an incredibly quiet day with hardly any guests the cooked breakfast offerings were not really edible! Hard bacon, concrete fried eggs - basically all sat there for hours. The breakfast staff were lovely and lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt replaced but the cooked was not really an option. "

"Breakfast has a great variety to suit all including healthy options which I usually find difficult, so I was very impressed. The quality of the food is excellent overall and the staff are very helpful. Coupe not fault the service. I did not give 5 stars because I would have dusted the bedroom better myself. Yes I am fussy, so I expect a hotel room to be as clean as my home when I pay for it. "

"This hotel is very cheap, so I didn't expect much. Free parking, but tight to get to behind hotel. Room was tired, in need of decoration. Bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet. Can't complain for £47."

"The facilities were really good. The bed was so comfortable lovely hand and shower wash. Food was excellent so much choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond when I left something behind in my room they safely packaged it for me to return. 5 star service. "

"Nice sized room, very clean and up to date. Comfy bed. There was no hot water in the shower. Well located for a show at the Lowry, easy to walk around. "
