"The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared. There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. "I absolutely loved this hotel. 3 couples stayed here recently and the hotel was a standout for me, out of all the ones on the tour we did of Romania. The concierge, Mayer, was lovely, so helpful and professional. The hotel is appointed beautifully and is very comfortable. The welcome champagne was lovely too. If I return to Bucharest I will stay here again. It's close to a couple of good bars that serve food too. Big thanks to Mayer for making the stay so memorable. "

"Fantastic place. 20min walk from the center. Amazing staff. Unbelievable good food. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Every year I'm sending my mom and my aunt 2-3 nights away for a short holiday. This year i booked Opus Villa. This is the first time when my mom felt very comfortable as usually staff don't pay attention to elders as they do with youngsters. She was thrilled and kept talking about the place and the food, nothing negative. I definitely recommend the place."
