Rooms are a bit small for a western chain but comfortable with good beds. I wasn’t offered an option for lounge access, but friends who were found it a great addition. The location is very convenient to downtown, ASE, and shopping. The breakfast is overpriced, but excellent bakeries are close by.

There was a sewer smell in the room. It was not horrible, but it was there. In fact, when you enter the hotel, they have fragrance fresheners to disguise the smell, and the ventilation was not good in the room. Lastly, the room was so small that our luggage took most of the room. So, if you and your partner are traveling with suitcases for a long road trip, you will find the room super small. The carpet on the fifth floor was dilapidated and needed to be replaced. However, the staff were super friendly, and the location was great. It was close to the city center, Old Town, and even the Parliament Palace, which was about a 30-minute easy walk.

We stayed for Christmas and the Christmas brunch was fantastic! Staff are attentive, friendly and welcoming. The facilities in the hotel are great with comfortable beds. Reception are always willing to help and organise transport and tours for you. I highly recommend breakfast as there was so much variety from omelettes, crepes and cereal to continental. Location is good just 10 mins drive from the centre and 3 mins walk to the metro. There are many areas around to Lounge and chill inside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, near the metro and the airport bus stops. Walkable distance to the old town and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was varied and has many options. All the staff we encountered during our stay were very helpful. Daria from the Club Lounge was especially friendly and welcoming! Our room was on the upper floor so we had great views and the window seat was a lovely bonus to enjoy the views!
