Tres beau, d'extérieur comme d'intérieur, le personnel est poli, agreable et professionnel. La chambre est spacieuse, tres bien décorée et équipée. Le seul bemol est (mais c'est peut etre la procedure en Roumanie) , c'est que le lit n'est fait qu'à moitié

Ein sehr schöner Platz und super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Fußnähe zu erreichen. Nur die direkte Umgebung ist etwas heruntergekommen….. liegt natürlich nicht am Hotel selbst sondern an der Stadtverwaltung selbst. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Hotel only with wonderful location

I paid for room with 366 sg feet and I received first, one room with 248 sg feet. After discussion with the person from Reception I rcvd a room with 366 sg feet. In the room, the temperature was very low, the equipment for heating almost not exist.

You have Expectations? Go somewhere else

If this is Bucharest's most luxurious hotel, then I don't want to know about the other 5* properties. Instead of being helpful and friendly, the staff is behaving very arrogant. Helping with the luggage? After asking twice and not without rolling their eyes. They wouldn't allow taking pictures with a mobile phone inside the hotel, as a paying guest, because they consider themselves very "exclusive". 10 minutes before the end of breakfast time, the waitress sees herself unable to take an order for some eggs because the kitchen "closes", though the restaurant is opened non stop. At lunch we ordered a Tuna Tatar, which took 45 minutes! The furniture inside the Suite has witnessed Ceausescu. The complete hotel is a joke and not worth half the price. If you have any expectations go something else.

Surprising

Genuinely amazed at the building details and the level of service. The rooms are themselves impressive but it's the staff that really shine and made our visit special. If you're looking for a bit of trivia about the place, find Marian, the night porter.

Great experience at Suter Palace Heritage!

We visited the place with a friend and booked 2 Deluxe Chic Rooms for 2 nights. They were both great, spacious and in an elegant style. The service was friendly, competent and helpful. The breakfast was a la carte and delicious. Good location in the center of the city. The whole hotel is very elegant and makes you feel really relaxed. Strongly recommend it!

comfortable hotel, but do not expect 5* service

Firstly, the rooms are very comfortable if not a bit over the top in the decor - very opulent. Not my style, a little old fashioned. Not a fan of having multiple decorative cushions and throws as these are unlikely to be changed between guests. Secondly, the hotel is in a quiet residential location and offers a great restaurant. However, the staff really need some training. The service does not match what you may expect of a 5* hotel or the price point. The waiting staff are inexperienced and offer an inconsistent service - some are attentive, others not or unsure of what they’re doing. Breakfast is not a fast operation, so allow plenty of time - not ideal unless you’ve time to kill. Also, the night receptionist didn’t know how to settle my account on checkout so I had to leave my card details and wait to receive an invoice via email after I had left.

Great hotel!

Beautiful nice little boutique hotel. Loved it! First night we had some problems with mosquitoes. The bellboy did his very best to help us and went out to get some insect spray. Unfortunately with no success. Good guy! The mosquitoes came in through an open window that the cleaning lady had forgot to shut. Things like this can happen. No stress. Apart from lack of sleep the first night. Great hotel! Cute rooms! Brilliant place! Loved it!

Poor reception& breakfast. Surcharge to transport

1) Very bed receptionist! He didn’t tell me anything about Hotel, facikitiea, breakfast etc. He doesn’t understan English well. He doesn’t know what is deposit and payment quaranty. 2) Very poor breakfast. You will feel like u wake up in hostel not a five star hotel. Can u imagine this poor breakfast is 20€ in Romania!! More than dinner! 3) I get airport transfer service from Hotel. They charge me 35€ however I checked my booking derails over hotels.com. In my booking, it says 25€! 4) Hotel has sauna and fitness room however i haven’t seen thanks to receptionist! Good things: Very well restaurant. Food are amazing except for breakfast. I still can’t believe and make me angree that I paid more breakfast than a dinner!! Late check out for free. Chick room To sum up, It doesn’t worth the money. I feel that I have been cheated by breakfast and transport as well as I didn’t use Hotel spa facilities.

Romanian luxury

A beautiful palace hidden down a no exit road. Quiet area with lovely views of the parliament building and across Bucharest from the hill. Security at the hotel. Nice staff. Stayed in such a beautiful room. The decor is amazing with wonderful furniture. There is a coffee machine too. There is no information in the room about the hotel. I had no idea what time breakfast was or that there was a sauna downstairs too. I tried to ring reception but the phones didn’t work, so I couldn’t get any more water in the room or find out any information. There should be a folder in the room with information and the phones should work and the staff should be more helpful with this information. I walked into town from here and it was a nice walk, but took a taxi back at night.
