"Went to breakfast and told we had 30 minutes only, because they “were too busy”, so we left. Had to reserve space at pool for $50.00 - we were paying guests and stayed for a week! … Elevator operation to get to room is stupid. "This was definitely not a 5 star property. The restaurant and bar were nice but that’s about it. The rooms were small and dated. The carpet was dirty and old and the whole hotel is very dark and horribly lit. For how much they charged and claimed to be 5 star, it very disappointing. Plastic cups in the bathroom!"
