"The rooms were nice and clean. The restaurant food was great, especially the breakfast buffet and the fresh inlets, but the wait staff was not equally as good. They seemed bothered by any request. The pool was not usable. It was dirty with dead bugs floating on the surface. We didn’t see a single person in the pool during our entire visit. "The reception helped plan my stay including dinner reservations and island excursions before I even arrived. They responded via email in an extremely timely and professional manner. "The hotel is exceptional and the area where it is located is breathtaking. While you have to pay in order to use the geothermal pools anywhere else on the island, there are geothermal pools right here in the hotel for your use anytime of the day or night! The hotel leaves little treats and trinkets in your room for you throughout most of your stay, there are incredible tasting teas with cookies in the lobby area, and breakfast was divine! We highly recommend this hotel!"
