"This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again."

"I booked the four seasons expecting 5 star treatment and accommodations & that wasn't what i received. The hallways smelled, whenever i called down for anything it took 20 minutes plus & multiple calls. The hotel tub wasnt cleaned to standard & the fill in with the sheets were dirty. I was heavily disappointed"

"We had a lovely time staying at the Ritz Sarasota. Everything was good. I wouldn’t say excellent, but very good. We have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and felt the Sarasota Ritz was not up to the same level of service as the other hotels we have stayed at before. Overall, the hotel was clean and the beach club was great!"
