"Hotel is clean, very friendly and polite staff, great location, great atmosphere.
Lot of options for breakfast buffet.. good quality food. One thing need to beware of all the taxes get added on the foods you order.
Very good hotel for the families.

The hotel is huge and impressive, and the place is full of staff. But the service is variable. People really want to help you and some of the staff are super ‘on it’ and efficient. Others, not so much. When we arrived we were taken to the wrong room - a mistake with the number. Then the tv didn’t work. Coffee and tea machine means a kettle - no coffee machine. "Our second stay at this property, the personal remembered us from before and they looked after us. There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast.
