"Amazing hotel. Staff were super friendly and attentive for all your needs. Our room was exactly as advertised and more than enough space for three adults."

"Service is little slow at the speciality Asian restaurant"

"Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"

However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. "Cleanliness of the property is very very high standard. Everything was clean. Staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are big. Breakfast is nice they provide one fasting preparation. I enjoyed my stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Horizon. Initially I thought I should have gone further South but once we got yo the Hotel it is a perfect location. The staff was incredible and there was always someone wanting to know how the stay was going and if they could assist with anything to make the stay even more comfortable. It was so nice of the hotel to also provide packed hot breakfast for three of us for our early morning departure. I’ve lived in USA 40+ years and stayed at many nice hotels...
