"The staff were wonderful and the hotel location is truly superb but for a five star hotel, we felt that this hotel could be maintained better and have a proper 5 star pool in and outdoors. The spa was a let down for a 5 star hotel. If this hotel was a 4 star I think everything would’ve matched better than it being a 5 star hotel."

"I had not stayed at the property for some years since it was the Westin. The upgrades were fantastic. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only complaint I have is my favorite restaurant Matsuhisa was closed both days of my stay for private events.. I ordered room service instead which was really disappointing. We had the deluxe acropolis view room with a balcony, and the view was absolutely mesmerizing. The vibe here is really energetic, so if you're looking for peace and quiet, it's probably not for you. "No me parece un hotel de 5 estrellas… como mucho tiene 4. El servicio es correcto pero no con el nivel de atención esperado. Había un agujero en la pared de mi baño con los cables fuera, faltaba el enchufe. Las instalaciones están desgastadas, necesita una renovación. Todo esto llama más la atención cuando lo comparamos con los otros 2 hoteles de 5 estrellas que tiene justo al lado, no tiene nada que ver. Además es el hotel que utilizan los cruceros y en recepción ponen unas mesas muy cutres...
