"The Apollo Palm is so well located. It’s walking distance to the Acropolis, excellent dining options in walking distance. The staff are exceptional. The rooftop patio has gorgeous 360 views of Athens. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. I recommend the Apollo to anyone looking for a great property in downtown Athens "

"This is a lovely hotel and we have stayed there previously. It is not within easy walking distance of the main sights but it’s a nice area and not too far so it’s a cheap taxi ride to the plaka. (You can definitely walk there but not in the summer heat.) There are nice dining options in the area and it’s in a fairly quiet area for Athens. "

"Exceeded our families expectations in Athens! Incredible classic hotel in the best neighborhood at the base of the acropolis. Walk to everything. The breakfast buffet and its views took our breath away. The pool was so refreshing after touring the sites. Rooms were very comfortable. Most of all the staff was incredibly accommodating including supplying tour, transfer and luggage support. Bonus - I left our passports in the safe and they supported sending them by courier to our next destination....
