"Really enjoyed our stay here- lovely hotel with good facilities, friendly staff and great location near bus, train and ferry. Safe area, good food options on waterfont and nice restaurant onsite. Enjoyed having pool, spa and fussball table and even the special treat of a lolly jar at reception! Quiet rooms- didn’t hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Clean rooms and good service. Only down side was our double bed was very soft and mattress sloping off to side so not the best sleep. Otherwise...

"This was a beautiful place! The parking was a bit confusing at first, but we figured it out. It was so convenient to be downtown, with only a two minute walk to the cable car up to the gardens, and next to a lot of shopping. Thank you!"

"I love the staff, they were great and friendly throughout. However, the room was a bit smelly, the bathroom bin didn’t have a bin bag, and I could hear the people on the floor above me open and close their drawers. I’m sure they could hear my alarm too. "

"This is a great little place to stay. Unfortunately renovations in next building can be very loud not hotel’s fault at all. The hotels upstairs gym also echos through And is open 24/7 . Other than that this is a great place to stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly "

"We arrived on a morning flight from Auckland at 7am. The purpose for our visit to Wellington was for the Marvel Convention for my 3yo godson. Check in was at 3pm. Staff allowed us to check into one of the rooms that was ready early. The rooms were nice and clean. The phones were down and advised reception who gave me their card and advised to ring directly to them. The view at the restaurant was beautiful. Didn’t get a chance to eat there but next time will give it a go. I highly recommend if...
