"We arrived at 8:30 PM exhausted from a long drive and had to wait 52 mins to get our room. Supposedly it was being "inspected ". We had to speak to the front desk clerk 3 times and call the main hotel phone number to finally get our room assigned. We asked for the manager, but she never had the courtesy of coming to speak to us and explain what happened. The following day we got an email from the house keeping supervisor stating that they were sorry and would make up for this uncomfortable...

"We had an amazing time! Customer service was incredible and everyone greeted us with a smile. I booked the room for my grandson's 9th birthday, and expected everything to be expensive. The prices were very reasonable for our family of 6. We're already looking to book when the outdoor activities open up! Thank you Okana and Expedia for making our mini vaca memorable!"

"The rooms are massive with extremely tall ceilings and drapes and windows the same height! It’s an awesome hotel, the room this time was a king which I booked although they walked me into a room with two queens… rewound to the front desk for the king. "Owner/Management changed, new owner did not want to honor our reservation and just left us with the phone number of the Best Western Helpline. We had to find a new hotel by own effort. We do not recommend to stay in this place who offered us to stay one night if we paid for an entire week, because they do "long term stay only", instead of honoring the initial reservation."

Property is old and although some of the decor in the rooms are new, the amenities, carpeting, and general condition of the property are poor.
