"staff unhelpful, prices are outrageous in the bar and the mini bar is a rip off, the minute you arrive they take £200 off your card and charge it only returning what housekeeping deem correct, needless to say theres not really any change, wether you have had a bag of crisps and a coke or a mini bottle of vodka, id never stay here again. "

"View was amazing and the apartment was great. Spacious with a large balcony to appreciate the view. Relatively new and modern, with a full size large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc.

"Nice hotel and location but the rooms are looking tired now. The property itself is really nice and looks the part. But the rooms you can tell haven’t been touched in 15-3rd 20 years.
The location is ideal for Puerto Banus."

"The hotel was very impressive on arrival in the foyer, check in staff lovely. The room wasn’t ready so we went up to the bar for a snack. I used the toilet there which left a lot to be desired. 3 cubicles for both men and women. Very shabby and basic, not what I expected after the initial entrance. Aside from that the hotel was nice, a clean, well presented room. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice from the buffet. "The rooms were outdated, when we arrived for check in at 2pm the rooms were not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with children for 50/60minutes, we had a hire car and had to pay an additional €70 for the car park, the pool was absolutely freezing, the beach was closed, the room didn’t have air con. Overall it wasn't good at all and we won't be retuning."
