staff unhelpful, prices are outrageous in the bar and the mini bar is a rip off, the minute you arrive they take £200 off your card and charge it only returning what housekeeping deem correct, needless to say theres not really any change, wether you have had a bag of crisps and a coke or a mini bottle of vodka, id never stay here again.

Personnel très serviable, très accueillant, très aimable. Béatrice est formidablement bienveillante et serviable. Très bonne ambiance musicale à la piscine tout au long de la journée. Really nice hotel, funky decor and lovely amenities. Friendly staff and the bar and breakfast was superb. Got a good deal for our stay. Reason why it's 4 stars is because of 2 things - they were working on the hotel so it was really noisy and woke us up early every morning. Also in the winter you have no control over the room temperature so it got really hot. I did ask at reception but the only advice was to open the patio doors, not ideal to keep the noise down as the hotel had quite a party atmosphere! We ended up leaving a day early to avoid the works noise
