"They did not have an alarm clock, or any other clock in the room. I complained and asked for one to be delivered, but they never fulfilled that request. Also, when requesting an alarm clock, they said to just use a wake up call, and the wake up call did not come at the promised time. Those two actions together, is unacceptable for a property of this stature."

"Made 4 calls and no one called me back. The 1st call they did answer as I could not get in. Emailed twice with no Response. It is very Disappointing that They told me They charge an extraFee of over $600.00 for heating the pool in 90 degree weather. Would not recommend do To poor responsiveness and and extremely inappropriate overcharged fee"
