"Very nice quiet location it at the same time close to everything. The river view room was much smaller than we expected but excellent view. We even watched people jumping off the bridge. The self laundry facility was an added bonus. But the staff are not quite familiar with buses allowed on the guest card. We were kicked off 106 and told 102-104 are the only valid buses. Something to be verified before j make plans."

"Nice looking hotel when we drove in, but… When we checked in and asked for the table for dinner there was no availability in any of the restaurants. So we had to go and eat outside of the hotel. We were only given one room key which made it difficult as it authorised the lift and the electric in the room. So we had to be inseparable ;) When my partner came down to the pool area he was aggressively asked directly: "What's your name!? What's your room number?" without any politeness or respect. It...

"We had a great stay at this hotel, especially the bar staff was wonderful. The food was also very good, we enjoyed sitting on the front porch relaxing, enjoying a drink and dinner. Beautiful area, walking distance to the esplanade is a just across the street. This hotel is just out of the busy tourist area which we loved. There is more of a walk to the old town area but worth it because it is just beautiful. The hotel did provide bus/tram passes for all of us however we did not use them. They...
