"The hotel is ok - nice palazzo - and staff nice, but the surrounding area is very dirty. It also includes streets with prostitutes, and feels somewhat unsafe. We had to switch rooms upon our arrival as the first room we were given looked quite bad- it clearly had not been renovated for numerous years."

"It was our 1st time to Italy and Sorrento. I cant say enough about this hotel and the staff!!! From beginning to end it was wonderful! Theresa was so helpful and accommodating, always checking in on us when she saw us!!! Breakfast was abundant lots of choices!
