"We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing.
From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. "Our stay at Hotel Telluride was exceptional, but what made it truly unforgettable was the extraordinary kindness and humanity shown by the people who work there.
I arrived in Telluride shortly after losing my father, during what has been one of the most difficult times in my life. When I checked in, I learned that the hotel had graciously upgraded our room. "Stayed here for the Fourth of July and the experience did not disappoint. We were upgraded to a bigger room and didn’t have any issues with extending our stay by a day. "I like the old school feel the property has. Upon arrival we were told that the property was under new ownership and things were different. We needed to wait until exactly 2pm to check in and could not use the amenities until we checked it. This was different for the past."

"Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!"
