"The hotel was on the periphery of the old town centre and was within easy walking distance of the hotel. the tram hub was just across the road which means the entire surrounding area is easily accessible. "I wish I remembered the name of a lovely lady who checked us in. We checked in on 14 June 2026. Really helpful, warm & welcoming. Provided us with tips on great restaurants, places to visit. "An ok stay. The amenities in the foyer are great, really sets you up for a good stay and looking forward to your room. However the room amenities are so basic. Two plugs in the room. Half a cup of tea or coffee available (no milk). Tiny pillows, with only one spare. Worst of all no Fridge in 30 degree heat. Just a little note stating you can have one on request one, which I did, only to be told they don't have any. Location is good, staff are good. Room itself let's it down."

"Disappointing stay. The 2 out of 3 elevators didn’t work the whole 5 nights that we were there, including 0 elevators working one night. AC in our room was rubbish. We were staying there for our wedding - no gesture from the hotel. The morning of our wedding, at 6 am, false fire alarm goes off - again no gesture from the hotel. Even at the checkout the staff didn’t ask us if everything went well. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience."

"Hotel itself was lovely, modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room , booked for a family of 4 was very cramped and not really accommodating for 4. A family of 3 yes, but way too small for 4. We had a double bed, single sofa bed and mattress on the floor all in a standard double room. Room wasn’t very modern in comparison to the hotel. Separate toilet from bathroom which is always great. However, not really a comfortable stay for 4 , very cramped and uncomfortable. "
