"Didnt check in until 7pm but room wasnt ready and we ended up having to share a kingsize room, which i was not very happy with.the next day we had to bring all our stuff down and leave there, so i had to carry my backpack around all day with my valuables in as i could see luggage could be left, but it wasnt supervised and anyone could get at it.not a happy srart to my sisters birthday celebrations.wouldnt reccomend to friends"

"The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better, the rooms were clean and appeared newly decorated, in a style which complemented the age of the building. The staff were exemplary, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fresh, beautifully presented and bountiful. We were very lucky with parking as they had recently reopened their car after a 1 years closure, this made everything very convenient. "The rooms were nice and clean, hotel staff were polite and helpful. They have a new booking system which caused a minor delay but was only an extra couple of minutes. Noise wasn't an issue, neither was parking. The only down side was only 1 lift was working, which was an issue on Sunday morning. Would happily stay again. "
