There was a bit of a wait to check-in as both the reception desks were unmanned and no way to get anyone's attention (i.e. bell). But when we did manage to check-in the room we were assigned was clean and tidy and well maintained. Overall our stay was good.

Everything you need, breakfast was good, clean room, pool and gym. The best thing is the pond and wildlife out the back, you can walk there as well. I was watching rabbits and moorhens out of my window.

A good find for staying near UWE Campus. Will be better when roadworks are finished. I will stay here again and will definitely make more of the pool facilities

Check in was easy. Big hotel with many rooms but parking for 100+ cars. Room was OK, but air conditioning didn't work. Noticed plug in radiator after a while which helped. Ate in the bar - pizza - not a very good one but filling. Check out was easy too.
