"the price was excellent but the staff wasnt very friendly. House keeping was thorough and hallways leading to rooms were often dirty. Front desk clerk when we checked in wasnt friendly and not very helpful."

When I asked for some change to pay for my Grab good delivery , she simply said no, which I accepted without issue. However, her demeanor was entirely unacceptable. She was visibly annoyed, treated me with disdain, and made it clear that she wanted to brush me off as quickly as possible. This level of unprofessionalism is...

"My only complaint is how early everything closes. The restaurant closes at 6 the laundry closes at 8 (and there only 1 coin operated washer and dryer). "

"Honestly...brilliant hotel and brilliant staff...really friendly, clean and in a good location. Close enough to night life but also far enough away that it can't be heard...the room was very clean with a beautiful lake view and views of the city...the only thing was it is down a long alley which is around a 5 minute walk to to the hotel. However the hotel runs a shuttle all day till 11pm to and from the hotel to the road. All in all really one of the best places I have ever stayed"
