"Free drink everyday you didn’t change the bedding to help the environment was a lovely perk!! Nice pool and gym. Bathtub and spacious bedrooms! Only negative was the shower didn’t get very hot. "

"Our executive room was quite spacious and kept clean during our stay, although the faucet in the washroom kept twisting every time we changed the temperature of the water. Also surprised that there was only one outlet in this large room. The staff from the ground floor to check-in on the 11th to breakfast buffet on the 12th floor were all polite and helpful. The bar/pool/lounge areas on the 11th floor exudes a nice level of sophistication. Breakfast included basic Asian and western staples,...

"Had a great time staying at Aira Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bow, Nana, Cherry and Som-o were the staff that we had the pleasure to deal with. Excellent breakfast buffet, the egg station was our favourite. Tasty meals. Nice lounge. Didnt get the chance to check out the rooftop restaurant but it will be our plan the next time."

"Good hotel which is very convenience with nearby shopping mall and food street. Traffic a bit crowded so if you take grab/taxi, please book in advance. Hotel room is nice, and cleanliness is good."
