"Wow! What a lovely experience! We enjoyed every minute at this hotel. When our plans changed and I spoke to the staff, they accommodated our needs graciously. We will return to this hotel chain in every location. Our next stay will be in Belgium. Looking forward to it."

"I liked the convenience of where it was and where I wanted to be. The size of the bed was very spacious and comfortable.
The room was very dated and had wallpaper hanging off the wall, the bathroom sink surface was all chipped off and made it look scruffy. There were a number of moths in the room too."

"In need of a face lift! Dated and tired, but clean and presentable. It just felt it had seen better times and desperately needed some love and some cash. Car park is scruffy, and unmaintained.
Food is acceptable and the coffee is ok.
WiFi not the best, but the bed was comfy."

"Easy check in and rooms did the job! Few bits of wear and tear in the rooms but nothing that a lick of paint can’t fix. Would recommend to anyone who needs a hotel in the Clacton area!"
