"The staff were excellent. However, the property was very rundown, even though we were in a newly renovated room. A lot of excess charges and taxes, and the icing on the cake was being charged $5.00 per each piece of luggage stored. This is a very busy part of town, so be prepared to wear noise canceling headphones at night."

"The poor attitude at the check-in was unpleasant. This 4pm check-in is a poor service and I am not staying here again. I had to change in the fitness room to go to my meetings after a 10hour flight since they weren't able to find me a room at 2:30pm.
The room and the facility is extremely old and need renovation URGENTLY! No refrigerator in the room just didnt surprise me. Overall bad experience"

"The room was on the small side, but very clean and it was very quiet. The lobby was always busy with people enjoying the places to sit, eat and visit. The live music on Tuesday night was fun! The elevators were extremely slow and it was difficult to find a car with room to get on at busy times, so we often just took the stairs from our 6th floor room. It would’ve been frustrating to be on a much higher floor and having to wait for the elevator!"
