"Staff were okay. No enthusiasm or whatsoever and just literally gave us the welcome paper and that's it. Restaurant staff were slightly better as they were a bit more welcoming and helpful. "Stay at this hotel often, usually everything is perfect and I enjoy staying here often. This time on arrival, there seemed to be an odd smell in the corridor whe getting out the elevator, when I entered the room there was sliders in the bottom of the toilet and half a loo roll like it had been used and not cleaned.
