"The location to the train station could not have been better, it's literally across the street! The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the checkout time was generous. Beds were comfy but the pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable. The room was extremely hot and I was thankful that the windows worked, since the AC they advertised on Expedia did not work, nor did the phones to call reception about it. "Over all a good stay, location over the street from Central Station was ideal for day trip to Florence, and only 7 minutes by monorail to airport. Nice staff. Very clean. Would stay again if better room at a cheaper rate. I was disappointed in the room, I booked a more expensive balcony room. Room was on the top floor, in the roof and the "balcony" was a space in the mansard, surrounded by a concrete barrier, no view.
