"This hotel is amazing. We’ve been coming here as a family of 4 for over 7 years and every time it’s great. We’ve especially come for the pool and breakfast which are both excellent. I’d like to highlight the exemplary breakfast staff who do their upmost to make sure it’s special. Special hot chocolate? No problem. Special hot muffins? No problem. We use the family sized rooms and they’re great for a family of 4 with 2 big kids."

"Visited with a friend, we had a very large twin room with large bathroom (room was for accessibility needs which we did not require but would definitely highly recommend for anyone that does have) Tea and coffee facilities, lovely bathroom supplies. "Disappointing - very dirty pee stained mattress. I’ve emailed the hotel twice to avoid leaving this negative feedback online - but no reply, so here goes … There was an odd smell in the small room, I pulled back the sheets to see a big yellow pee stain on the mattress on one side, along with other stains across mattress. The big pee stain had also transferred to the mattress protector, which suggests the protector was put on the bed while the stain was still damp! I told reception, no apology...
