"I booked a 1 bedroom ocean front suite for an anniversary stay. It was shown as ocean front with floor to celing views. What i got was a suite wedged between other rooms. One balcony door had a view off a wall and the other a small ocean view framed by other rooms, like looking down a hallway. When trying to use the balcony with the limited view, we were unable to even hear the ocean due to the loud a/c unit. The kitchenette was fine and somewhat useful. "I unknowingly got THE best room on the property(I think) on the 7th floor. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had the most beautiful view. The balcony extended from the living room to the bedroom & had an ocean view. It had a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The “master” bath had a walk-in shower which was great for my 90 year old grandmother. All the staff were friendly. I believe I just found my go-to vacay spot! Can’t wait to return."

"The overall hotel property was very clean and the staff was professional. I was able to park and enjoy the hotel amenities prior to our room being ready and then the day of check out, we were able to stay at the property and was given a temporary key for the resort. The room itself had broken floor tiles, a stained chair, and a shelf was broken in the fridge. The owner answered right away and was aware of all the previous damage. I would absolutely stay at the hotel again."
