"What was so nice about this property were the front desk people. They were kind and helpful. We had trouble with parking and the staff was exceptional in their help. The breakfast buffet was great. The location is in a busy square. Walking to restaurants was easy and accessible. "

"The room itself was very small (I stayed in the smallest type of room) but serviceable. No desk, closet or wardrobe to speak of, but there were a few hangers to hang some clothes. The shower was small and a bit awkward, but I made do. The shower gel and body lotion smelled amazing. I got exactly one teabag, which was caffeine-free, and absolutely delicious. Two flat pillows. "An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge...

"Hotel Elephant is a must stay! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Every we looked there were amazing art and historical scenes to appreciate. The indoor pool and sauna were wonderful. Breakfast had plenty of options and just going for a walk in the gardens was a relaxing and peaceful experience. Bus Stop at the door was a bonus 🙂"

"Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. Panorama mozzafiato vista vigneti, castello e montagne. Poca varietà a colazione rispetto altri hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura quasi vuota nonostante il periodo."
