"I think it all has to do with expectations. I think the main problem was it just lacked basic hotel items. No water kettle, no rubbish bin in the room, you had to pay for a coffee or tea yet there was no way to get any - same with water, luckily you can just drink the tap water. I think overall it would be a 5/5 if the hotel was rated 3 stars and was about 100 euros less a night"

"The staff were awesome and incredibly helpful, friendly and personable. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. It was an easy walk to the Main Street -stores and restaurants. Very quiet. "Am Zimmer hat mir der Ausblick auf den Monte Penna sehr gut gefallen. Es gab einen Erker, der komplett aus Fenstern bestand. Diese Glasfront hat jedoch auch dazu geführt, dass das Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft sehr warm klimatisiert war.
