"My stay was wonderful- room was clean and the air conditioning kept it really cool, the bed and pillows were comfy, and Jamie at the front desk was so helpful and uplifting! My only complaint was breakfast- we ate there two days and both days the coffee was luke warm and prices were outrageous after a service fee and gratuity. Food was good though! I highly recommend the hotel to anyone that wants a centrally located, clean, comfy hotel!"

"We love to stay with Omni, and the Shoreham did not disappoint. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a view of the Washington Monument from our balcony. The pool area and garden was beautiful."

"Excellent stay - easy check in & they upgraded our room to a city view on a higher floor, which was a wonderful surprise. It was so appreciated throughout the entire stay and my son enjoyed watching the night skyline. Clean, quiet, and in a wonderful neighborhood. We will be back!"

"A hidden gem. So cute and cozy, great staff and a wonderful place that is not a corporate hotel. This place is a boutique and has a great feeling of history.

"Second Elevator was down the entire 4 days we were there. Constantly waiting for coffee in the morning. The lady at the front desk had the personality of a door knob and treated us like we were interrupted the game on her phone."

"The location of the property was ideal for shopping and restaurants (about 5 minutes to several shopping centers and the mall). It is also not far from Sandy point (about 15 minutes) or Kent Island attractions (about 25 minutes). There is nothing to complain about with the staff who were nice enough. The room and hotel are fine but, to me, were not quite up to the expected standard of a DoubleTree. We didn't use it but there is a convenient shuttle that probably we could have taken advantage of."
