"Great hotel. We loved Nadim who made us awesome drinks! The pool was a great end of the day treat! We wished the breakfast was until 11am, though. We missed it by 10 minutes one morning and they had already cleared the entire buffet! I wish we would have experienced the spa. Next time!"

You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
