"Situated on the ground floor during a heatwave wasn’t great. We were left wondering if all the rooms in the hotel were full and perhaps they could have located us in a room with a window that opened.
The young man who served us for the evening meal was very attentive and very polite which was nice to see. Not so the staff at breakfast."

"Awful experience staying here. It was a hot day, we were on the second floor and the room was sweltering and even though they did give us a fan, the fact that the sun was in the room all day and the windows did not open with no air con, we sweltered all night, no one slept. The red hot towel rain under the sink that my daughter kept burning her leg on also made the bathroom even hotter
Then having paid extra for breakfast, we got there and due to a lack of gas issue, they only had toast and...

"Room was nice but lacked the small things like shower cap, comb and even towels! Room phones are OLD and don’t call down to reception which was annoying!
No room service except sandwich which is poor. You could but 3 in Tesco for the same price"

"Overall good experience, clean room. Good amenities. However onsite restaurant was a let down - food was a bit cold. Parking was good and a good price."

"What a stunning place to stay. Majority of the staff encountered were pleasant friendly and helpful.
Swimming pool and surrounding spa area was clean, however the changing rooms were rather small and cramped.
Beautiful well maintained grounds"
