When I asked for some change to pay for my Grab good delivery , she simply said no, which I accepted without issue. However, her demeanor was entirely unacceptable. "My only complaint is how early everything closes. The restaurant closes at 6 the laundry closes at 8 (and there only 1 coin operated washer and dryer). "

"Honestly...brilliant hotel and brilliant staff...really friendly, clean and in a good location. Close enough to night life but also far enough away that it can't be heard...the room was very clean with a beautiful lake view and views of the city...the only thing was it is down a long alley which is around a 5 minute walk to to the hotel. However the hotel runs a shuttle all day till 11pm to and from the hotel to the road. All in all really one of the best places I have ever stayed"
