"The Expedia Concierge Staff were exceptional, special thanks to Brissa, Roberto and Gabriel. Brissa, assisted in formulating an itinerary for our 2 night trip to La Paz, recommending places of interest to stop at and restaurants.
The Krystal Grand Hotel did not disappoint, the room we were first assigned had 2 beds and the air conditioning unit was faulty. We had requested a king bed, we were moved the next day to a king bed and this room was good.
We enjoyed most if the specialty restaurants...

"Very nice hotel, very spacious rooms BUT we were on a floor that had a bar on it and it was noisy throughout the night, other than that the pools were nice and clean and the beach was steps away"

"We enjoyed staying at the Marquis immensely! The resort is beautiful! Food was excellent! All staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Pool side service was awesome!
We interacted with many staff members however exceptional were Fidel, Johnny, Samantha, Alejandra, Evan, Matias. Kenia from the Concierge went the extra mile because on her days off she drove to the nearest city to purchase 4 bottles of vanilla for me!
Although I cannot remember all of their names; every staff member helped...

"Our room was great, with a beautiful view. We loved have the hot tub on the balcony. Liked that it was close to downtown and Walmart. Staff and service were good except for the few times they tried to get us to their timeshare presentation but they backed off once we stood firm on not being interested. Never had an issue finding a lounge chair at any of pools and access to the beach was easy. Also the spa and their staff was really great. Will definitely be going back. "
