"Dirty bathroom. Very hot room with inadequate AC. No breakfast even though we booked breakfast with our room. They had no record of it and blamed it on using Expedia. Said we shouldn’t have used them and that is why we didn’t get the breakfast. Beyond disappointed. Waste of time and money. Zero stars! "

"The front desk staff (young man, forgetting his name) and Mr. Bond (the bartender) did an excellent job of welcoming us on the property. The rooms were spacious and overlooked the gardens. We enjoyed the view and the nice rooms. One discomfort we did face was the heating in the room and opening the balcony doors definitely helped but the morning outside noise did disturb us. Usually the nature sounds would be appealing, but after long day of walking and needing to rest and sleep in on vacation...

"Stayed for 1 night with kids…great spacious hotel 5-8 mins walk to the Evora walled city. Several onsite facilities which we couldn’t use because they close by 7-8pm…I wish they stayed open late so we can enjoy after our full day excursion in the city. Excellent spread of breakfast buffet for every age and appetite. They also apparently had buffet dinner which we weren’t aware but looked quite appealing."
