Very nice hotel with plenty of amenities and just outside an entry to the walled city. Also near bus station and across the street from a gas station. Hotel includes a pool (pools actually) a spa, a workout area and a trainer. Good for families, couples or singles..great breakfast

Traveling with friends thru Portugal and stayed here 1 night. Perfect location for walking to Evora walled city; free parking; comfortable beds and rooms; delicious breakfast included; enjoyed indoor pool/sauna/steam room area in the early evening. Left a Samsung tablet by mistake and the hotel staff went above and beyond to secure it; they offered to help get it shipped to home but we decided to return and pick it up instead. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

We really enjoyed our stay here..The pool are was lovely.Had some lovely food at the pool bar..The rooms were very nice and spotless clean.Two gripes would be the room had no dressing table or mirror to apply make up and dry hair.The plug sockets were situated far from the long mirror so had to do it in all in the bathroom and it was very dark, and hot...Also I thought the breakfast was disappointing not much choice at all in the fruit selection or anything else to be honest.The first hotel Iv ever stayed in Portugal that didn’t have Nata tarts.But I still enjoyed my stay

The beds were really not comfortable, for everybody, whether it was the kids sleeping in the junior beds or us in the standard bed. It gets really hot in August in Evora and the AC couldn’t keep up. The parking is easy, even if not free.

The people at the front desk were amazing. Very courteous, friendly and helpful. Of note is Duarte who helped us immensely with booking dining options. We loved the 4 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. The grounds were also very well kept. The only thing is we wish the fences at the back pool was higher for more privacy. We would also have appreciated more bathroom amenities such as lotion, cotton swabs and ear buds. But we did appreciate the free drinks in the fridge.

Great staff, but food accomodation was lacking. We wanted to takeaway a dish that was only offered at the restaurant and not on the room service menu but they were very rigid about this. I had to sit down at the restaurant and order the dish and then immediately asked them to pack it for me. They gave me a hassle about this and I told them it was for my wife who was not feeling well and wanted to stay in the room. After talking to 3 different people, they finally allowed me to take the plate to the room.

Positives- Easy walking distance from town center. Spacious lobby, nice looking pool comfortable bed able management Negatives- Hallways are humid and uncomfortable. Most likely due to indoor pool that is below the halls. Air Conditioning works but takes awhile to cool room, and bathroom does not get cool easily. Potential maintenance issues as daughter's room smelled of a sewer in the middle of the night. We wanted a refund, but could not as we booked through this 3rd party, so we will try to deal with them. Mgr was professional and did what she could, but we were left with a less than positive feel with the place.
