It's INCREDIBLY close to the pyramids with a rooftop view that is absolutely stunning and a delicious, free breakfast served every morning. The hosts are super kind and very knowledgeable, including a brother who is a certified egyptologist and gave us a wonderful tour of Memphis, Dashur and Saqqara. "The view from the top os incredible. The pool is small and cute. The breakfast options for continental was repetitive but very tasty. Pool opens from 8am to 11pm. Breakfast was daily from 9am to 11am. It was about 30mins from downtown cairo and 10mins to the pyramids but in a mich cleaner and gated community. The staff were alll brilliant but special thanks goes to Mr Isam who was so amazing from our first day there until the last day. I would happily return to this hotel. "

"I suppose to be in plaza they give me room at golf resort. On check in I pay for the 1 night and on the check out they charge me extra (telling me that I didn't pay the tax) while the real price was for plaza not golf resort. Didn't give me the WiFi password. Didn't give me the golf view. There is much better hotels and resorts with friendly stuff than swiss in."

"We did not stay at this property because when we arrived they stated our reservation did not exist and the rooms we reserved were occupied even though we had a confirmation for the booking from Expedia. The area is unsafe and my family and I had to spend a couple hours of the late night on the street with nowhere to go because of this inconsiderate people! Do not book!!"
