"Patio was great for beach access/chilling at the end of the day. We also had a free cocktail/live music night which was fun! Relatively small room but heated with a fireplace which was so homey. Unfortunately the hot tub was not very warm at all, not sure if that was a one-time incident or not. "

"There was dirt dust and someone’s chapstick under the pull out bed . The hotel is just older and could use some updates. Everything else was satisfactory. We would stay again it was a quick fun trip with our granddaughter and she had a blast. We have been coming there for years the pool furniture was dirty tables etc just maybe need a good scrubbing. "

"There is not a front desk person. It is self check in and out however you are provided a number if you need anything and they are very prompt at replying and getting whatever you need taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could need. It was in close walking distance of the Lake Side Beach. The hotel will provide you with 50% off tickets to the beach if you’d like. It is also very easy to walk to all the shopping/restaurants. We would stay here again. "

Roof needs cleaning of debris, flashings are missing, broken items are stashed at the side of the building and can be seen from some tables, covers on electrical mechanisms are missing, carpet is old and dirty in entrance area, etc. Going out of business soon? It would be a shame as it is a lovely place. Owners need to spruce it up."
