"Best feature of this hotel is its location, especially if you’re in NYC to see Broadway shows. I liked that it was trying to be a European boutique hotel, but it was run down and in need of updates, like plumbing and air conditioning. It was also VERY loud, with the a/c blowing, the toilet running, and no sound cushion to muffle outside noise. The staff were polite, and the room was cleaned every day, but I will stay somewhere else next time I’m in the city."

"Property was conveniently located to Times Square, subway, etc. but property/room was simply adequate. Furnishings were badly in need of refurbishing or replacement. Room had only one light which was the main overhead light. There was a very weak bedside lamp that was barely hanging on to the fixture. Dresser and desk were pretty scarred and banged up. "I was charged $100 for incidentals for each night. $400 is on my credit card without being told. Expedia need to inform us of this because they gave us a sheet stating it could take three week before it is removed. I think twice now when booking on Expedia. Trust means a great deal to me.
