"Very old bathrooms, okay bed, old TVs, ac not adequate. I hope someone buys the hotel and updates it because the Kahler used to be a gem.
Staff were helpful and not the issue."

"The room was nice but one really horrible thing was that the shower floor was extremely slippery. I didn't have too much trouble but if my husband had used it it could have been bad since he is currently using a cane for back trouble. The staff at the concert were awesome since there were no seats available a few of them helped my husband off the floor and gave him a chair. Thank you so much. It made my night great"

"The staff was very helpful. The lobby was beautiful, and the restaurant next door was, too. However, the rooms are dated and look worn out. The fridge in the room would randomly start rattling loudly enough that it woke me up multiple times. They were pet friendly and the place was clean. Good location."

"Great experience at the hotel itself.
Poor experience with Expedia. Got the complete runaround when trying to cancel one of three rooms. Bought insurance to prevent exactly this and got no where. Won’t book through them again."
