"Probably the stingiest owners on earth. No hand and face towel. Only one towel, the thinnest they could find. Cheap pillows and mattress. It seems they use the same product for shampoo, hand wash, and body wash. And there was no lotion, shower cap, dental kit, or anything else. No Iron in the room. They have an ironing room on another floor which has again the cheapest Iron in the market, which ruins clothes. Also, no hair dryer in the room. Cheap dryer on a different floor. Very small...

"Do not book a classic double or single. This place is severely run down and poorly managed. We booked for three nights and only stayed the first night then requested a refund and cancellation of our last two nights. I felt bad for the staff having to deal with numerous complaints from patrons but they were respectful. If you can’t walk up stairs or don’t have patience to wait ages for a lift, don’t stay here."
