A great furnished apartment experience. Hip area, near Tower bridge. Clean, well-maintained and hassle-free. Good local coffee shops and restaurants around. I recommend it for longer term travel or work arrangements in London.

"Central location."
Excellent location for dining at the OXO Tower. Great pub on ground floor for pre-dinner drinks. Very handy for a night cap or two at the end of the night, with a lift meaning no stairs to climb. Nice late check out, skip breakfast and take a good walk along the Southbank taking in all it has to offer and return with a healthy appetite to enjoy the fabulous pies on the menu all washed down with a few more pints of London Pride.

"Great location in London"
We arrived to our hotel just before 2pm and were pleased that our rooms were ready. We are a family of four and the only rooms in the hotel seemed to be ones that would comfortably accomodate 3, so thankfully my parents were travelling with us and they took one of our kids with them. Our rooms had a double bed and a not quite double bed sized pull-out sofa. The bathroom was updated, shower was better than I'd remembered other English showers to be, thankfully. Breakfast was ok. The hot food was more lukewarm so after the first day we stuck to yogurt and croissants. Overall, our stay was good. The location near the Thames can't be beat and it was easy to walk to a bus/tube station to go around the city. Would definitely stay again.

"Close to Waterloo Station(s) and many sights"
Thoroughly enjoyed room (no lift - you must be able to climb stairs!!!) . Pub at night was well populated and happy. Breakfast was great with choices - food for meals later very good. Not OPEN early!!! For hotel - a little scary arriving from overseas to locked doors!! Finally opened up for luggage drop👌

"Great location, clean room view of the Shard"
Everything was good from the trendy reception to the continental breakfast, very comfortable beds only things lacking were a hand towel and face cloth in the bathroom and some more power points would have been good. Was a nice surprise to have an amazing view of The Shard. 5 minute walk to the underground and hotel was nice and quiet. Definitely recommend for a city stay if you just need somewhere to sleep.

"2-night London stop-over"
Reasonable price for London. Was travelling with casual friend, would have preferred separate twin beds, not two singles pushed together to make a double/queen. I guess space is a premium, though we were given a disabled room so had a super large bathroom, not a 'pod'.
