"My favorite hotel in Tokyo. The front desk team is excellent, the rooms are perfectly laid out, and the subway is very close. All the finishes in the rooms are luxurious, and there is a high level of attention to detail overall. The neighborhood feels authentic and peaceful. Five stars across the board!"

"Amaising place for good price"

"We are very please with the friendliness of the staff. They are always great is on our and in the hotel. They are taking care of business, even the smallest things. I lost one pair of the socks. Replaced it and they found it and returned it to me. That was huge plus. Thank you and we will be back. "

"立地的にもよくスタッフの方の対応も良く気持ちよく宿泊できました。ありがとうございました。ただ１つ気になったことはコンディショナーのノズルの先端が詰まっておりました。シャンプーの使い心地が良かったのでそこだけが少し残念でした。"

"Great overnight stay! Reserve shuttle service ahead of time for ride from airport to hotel. Great small Aeon town mall with supermarket nearby. Will stay again."

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
