The hotel was clean and quite nice. Staff were very friendly and the bed was comfy. Very close to the train station as well as Makuhari Hall. The room was quite big for a Japanese hotel, and at a great price.

It was conveniently located near the station and perfect for shopping. Although the room felt a bit dated in some areas, it was perfectly fine for sleeping.

Hidden gem

This was our first time in Japan, during Cherry Blossom season,, we found this hidden gem, we thought it might be too far from central Tokyo,, hence with the amazing railway transit system,, we had fun with our adventure.. definitely we’ll be coming to stay in this hotel again if be given a chance.

Hard bed, stinky bathroom

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I stripped the bedding off one bed to make a cushion for the other bed so that it was soft enough that I could sleep (only waking up every hour to change position). The bathroom stank. Walls were dirty. Decent view.

I give a full 5 stars due to various remarks as follow. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The location is superb for shopping patrons, just few hundred meters away from main lobby. Varieties of Eatery places and restaurants available from Tullys cafe to ramen, beef steak, and fast food. Lots of drinking olaces too if you like to have a few pints of beer, liquors and snqcks after a busy day. Traveling by train is super convenient from Kaihim Makuhari stations and direct shittle bus to Narita and Haneda just in front of the train station.

Good price for a good hotel. Was pretty clean and neat. Much better than the previous hotel I stayed at. I would come here again if I was in the area and needed an affordable place to stay. But there were small red bugs in the bathroom, so be mindful of that.
