"The apartment is nicer than the photos. It is spacious with nice rooms and a combined living-kitchen. It was clean with nice towels provided. The location is perfect in a quiet street in the part of ortigia close to the parking spots on the mainland. There are a couple of great restaurants in the street. The apartment has a balcony, but not much of a view. The communication with the rental agent was very smooth. The electricity system is old and it took a while to realise we had to turn on the...

"Nous avions reservĂ© l’appartement 16 de la rue Salomone. C’etait horrible, beaucoup d’humiditĂ© (murs et sols), moisissures sur les murs, les portes ne fermaient pas tellement qu’elles avaient gonflĂ© Ă  cause de l’humiditĂ©. Le chauffe eau n’avait pas ete allumĂ© avant notre arrivĂ©e et le sol etait super sale. Nous avons contactĂ© le service client et ils nous ont relogĂ© dans un autre appartement qui Ă©tait vraiment mieux. Nous avons donc passĂ© une seule nuit dans l’appartement 16 que je dĂ©conseille...

"The hotel is very central in the main town of Siracusa. Plenty of good restaurants on the doorstep and only ten minute walk from the station. Ortigia only a 15 minute walk away. The bathroom facilities and room decor are slightly old fashioned but all working fine. "
