"Nice hotel really well located and lovely staff. The breakfast was very delicious. Only down side was the bed, it was 2 single mattresses in a double bed causing some discomfort in the middle. Everything else was nice. "

"I decided to stay here last minute to visit Verona. I appreciated being able to check in at 2pm. It was perfect for my overnight stay. It’s a 5 minute walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena where a lot of the tours I booked were scheduled to meet up. I didn’t book breakfast at first but you can just tell the front desk and they’ll add it to your bill at checkout. 6 euros was convenient. Other reviews had mentioned that there was no kettle in the room and agree that would have been convenient, but I...

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Serenella, it is in a lovely quiet location but a short walk away from restaurants, shops etc.The staff are amazing and so helpful, our rooms were lovely and clean as was the pool area. The breakfast was amazing! and set us up nicely for each day. I could go on and on!, I picked the best place to stay and would happily go there again we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much Hotel Serenella for a wonderful holiday"

"Small hotel in a beautiful area and very convenient for ferry's, restaurants, beaches etc. Very clean and staff extremely welcoming and very very helpful. Air conditioning is good and included in the price. The only downside was the soundproofing of the rooms as lots of noise from some loud guests whilst we stayed on several nights."
