"Location superb close to Hyde Park. Lancaster Gate and Paddington. Hotel felt faded but the bed was clean and the bathroom was serviceable. Great price for the central London location - just don’t expect too much from the hotel … it’s a place to sleep and not much else"

"This hotel is very close to the Paddington station which makes moving around easy. The rooms are not sound proof and can therefore doors can be heard as well as merely the guest above you walking. The room I had , the window lock was broken so it could not close. Assurance was given by the front desk it is safe. Front desk staff were very helpful. There is no air conditioning so thankfully the nights were cool."

"The staff is super friendly and very helpful! We were helped a lot by Ms. Heeba who was very professional and courteous and considerate. The rooms are tiny. Our two suitcase, me and my husband could not move in the room. We were upgraded to a room for handicapped but that was in the basement with no windows. That was bit creepy. The room otherwise was clean and had air conditioning. This is a very basic hotel but very convenient to travel. One train from Heathrow to right in front of the hotel....

"The staff were extremely friendly and left a great impression on me. It’s also conveniently located close to Paddington Station, with easy access to central London. There’s an Italian restaurant nearby that offers a discount for guests staying at this hotel."

"The room is very small, especially the shower. Not enough room to move around the room. There wasn’t enough room to move around to take the shower. The room has no air conditioner, so it was hot. Unable to sleep comfortably."

"The hotel was typical London hotel room as was small. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Quite hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and will stay again. Close to tube. Many fine restaurants and pubs near. Enjoyed my stay."
