"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"The Royal Eagle hotel has a lot going for it: location is one of the best in London; it is kept very clean in common and private rooms; the staff are pleasant and responsive to fixing all problems; the prices are very good for London. However, it is an old property that was very hot during our stay. No AC means fans are the only solution, although the hotel arranged 3 fans for our use in our room. The free candies/sweets and apples in the lobby were appreciated! Overall assessment: good value...

"Do not stay here. Worst place I've ever slept. The rooms are not as advertised, the pictures are all AI or stolen. Room was full of mould, damp, tap falling off, shower didn't drain, no amenities, a pubic hair on the bed, could touch either side of the room with outstretched arms and the window was held open with a bit of wood. Only positive was the location to Hyde park. But avoid at all costs!!"

"The HUB was very close to Paddington station making getting around town very easy. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are smaller but comfortable with an interesting lighting configuration. Prices were higher due to all the activities of the weekend but at other times seem more affordable."
